I reserve the right to refuse to sell one of my puppies to anyone!

As the breeder we reserve the right to cancel or refuse sale of any puppy to any person at any time for any reason before the puppy is picked-up or delivered, even if you have placed a deposit on a puppy or paid in full.
If for any reason we decided to not sell you a puppy or dog your deposit or payment will be returned to you in full.

As the breeder we have the right to cancel or refuse the sale of a puppy at anytime if we determine that this sale is not in the
best interest of the puppy.

Puppy must be paid for in full by the age of 8 weeks, or one week before puppy is scheduled to ship unless other arrangements are made, however if pup is not paid in full by eight weeks and other arrangements are not made, buyer forfeits any rights to pup, with no refund.
When purchaseing a puppy from us buyer agrees:
#1 To contact the breeder should you decide not to keep the puppy. Breeder will have first right of refusal to purchase dog at a prorated price not to exceed the original price minus shipping cost if applicable.

#2 To provide the puppy with a good home environment and to make every effort to keep the puppy properly trained, happy and in good health and condition.
